UPCOMING TALKS AND SEMINARS

Movement is Life
Are you suffering getting older, chronic joint and muscle pain, recovering from past injuries, fatigue, breathing difficulties, or general stiffness and lack of energy? Do you dislike strenuous workouts yet feel the need for something? This class will facilitate a “mostly stretching” exercise program designed to create more flexibility and available energy in the body. Restore and strengthen joints, and relieve soreness.  Styles include yoga, isometric stretching, chi gung, Do-In (Oriental self massage), and makko-ho meridian stretching exercises. The latter three stimulate the acupressure and acupuncture meridians of energy in the body leaving one energized yet relaxed. Drop-ins welcome. Call location for prices and more information.
This class is offered at two locations.
