All sessions takes place with the client lying down fully-clothed on a futon and body cushions. Each treatment is unique. The energetic and bodily needs of the client direct the course of a session. It is important to wear loose-fitting clothing to allow for freedom of movement.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SHIATSU SESSION?
Shiatsu is effective on three levels. The first is Relaxation, which brings relief from stress and is soothing as the muscles are stretched and released. The second is Somatic, which gives relief of pain and symptoms, and the third and deepest level is a Holistic Shift. This is a reconnection to self and Source through restoring the primary information system, uncovering one¹s innate wisdom, and invigorating the healing journey.
